What does a feasibility study include?+
It reviews planning suitability, technical condition and intervention options. Its scope is agreed for each property and may include cost estimates, documentation requirements and risks to resolve before investing.
Do you manage permits with any Andalusian council?+
We assess the required procedures and municipal regulations for each commission. Our usual area is Seville, Málaga and Cádiz; for other locations, we confirm availability and scope first. Permits are always granted by the relevant authority.
What is technical due diligence, and when is it useful?+
It is a technical review of a property and its documentation to identify risks, intervention requirements and use restrictions. It is useful before acquiring an asset or committing a significant investment.
Do you refurbish listed buildings?+
We can assess work on heritage-protected properties. First, we check the level of protection and required approvals so that the proposal respects the property’s significance and applicable regulations.
Do you work with external investors?+
Yes. The practice can provide technical services to investors and owners outside the group, with the scope and responsibilities defined for each commission.
